SERVICES

GIFTED & ADMISSION ASSESSMENTS

We offer gifted placement and admission assessments for students preschool through grade school. Parents are encouraged to use their discretion in determining a child’s readiness for testing.  Every child is unique as are their abilities.

We begin gifted and admission testing as early as age 2 years, 6 months.  Although our evaluations are comprehensive, we highly recommend consulting your school prior to scheduling to confirm their requirements.  Please be mindful that criteria may vary school to school.

TIMELINE FOR REPORT

With our use of iPads for test administration, we inform you of your child's results within 5-7 business days of the assessment.  Please be mindful of any deadlines set by your parish school to ensure this is sufficient time.  The psychoeducational report will be delivered via secure electronic mail.  Your child’s standing will be clearly highlighted in the report.  After reviewing the report, feel free to contact us with any questions.

OUR EDGE

As opposed to the traditional paper/ pencil administration, we use digital technology to assess cognitive ability, academic achievement, attention level, and emotional status.  Utilizing iPads for test administration significantly increases accuracy of results and shortens wait time for feedback.  Children and adolescents prefer this form of interactive assessment.  Parents and teachers appreciate the convenience of completing report measures in the comfort of their own homes and  classrooms.
